
Cancelation policy
At Victoria Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. In order to maintain a smooth and efficient booking process, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
48-Hour Notice
To ensure fairness to both our clients and staff, we require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. This fee is 50% of the total service cost. This is to compensate for the time reserved for your treatment.
Deposits
To confirm your appointment, we may request an upfront deposit. This helps secure your booking and ensures the treatment time is dedicated to you. The deposit will be applied toward your treatment cost. Should you need to cancel within the 48-hour window, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, please note that the treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. The full service fee will still apply.
